Breaking the Rules of Weight Loss

Your mind is the most powerful ally and it will help you overcome any obstacle. Remember: the scale is not the only judge of your success. When weight loss in pounds slows you will continue to lose inches, you will wear clothes with smaller sizes, and you will generally feel better. Do not let the plateau period discourage or distract you from reaching your goal. Your body is now undergoing a stage of, but you will soon see results!
Forget about the scale for a period of time! At the same weight, a person can be full of muscles (which weigh heavier), or full of “fat” (more and light). Just stop thinking about the scale as a tool to measure weight loss and let the diet continue!

A lot of weight loss programs tend to discourage you by saying that you are not allowed to eat certain thing. If you are told you are not allowed to do something you want to do it more, so if you are limited by rules you tend to break them, so chose a program that tells you what to eat not what not to eat.
