Cabbage Soup Diet Program Details

Cost – No additional cost involved at all, just the cost of the food.

Meals – The Cabbage Soup Diet is a 7 day long diet. Follow the daily plan below:
For drinks everday: unsweetened teas, cranberry juice and water

Cabbage Soup Diet Day One:
You are allowed as much of the soup as you want as well as fresh fruits. The one exception to this is bananas, no bananas!
Cabbage Soup Diet Day Two:
You may eat all the soup you want today along with vegetables. Eat as many raw or cooked vegetables as you want, preferably leafy green vegetables. Avoid corn and peas. For dinner you may have a baked potato with butter in addition to the cabbage soup and vegetables.
Cabbage Soup Diet Day Three:
Today you can have cabbage soup, vegetables and fruit. Again, avoid bananas, corn and peas, but eat all the fruits vegetables and cabbage soup you want.
Cabbage Soup Diet Day Four:
Today you may have all of the cabbage soup you want. You may also drink as much skim milk as you like. And you are allowed up to eight bananas. That’s it…cabbage soup, skim milk and bananas.
Cabbage Soup Diet Day Five:
Again you can have as much cabbage soup as you want today, but make sure you eat it at least once. I say this because today you are also allowed to eat beef and tomatoes. You should eat up to 20 ounces of beef and 6 fresh tomatoes today. You may substitute baked or broiled skinless chicken for the beef if you like. Make sure you also drink at least 64 ounces of water today as well.
Cabbage Soup Diet Day Six:
Day 6 is beef and vegetables day. Eat as much beef and raw or cooked vegetables as you like today. Stick to leafy green vegetables. Also, make sure you have your cabbage soup at least once today.
Cabbage Soup Diet Day Seven:
Eat as much brown rice, unsweetened fruit juices and vegetables as you like. Feel free to stuff yourself. And make sure to eat your cabbage soup at least once today.

Exercise – No exercise is required, but as with all diets it will help. You may find however that you do not have energy to exercise or that you become dizzy or light headed when exercising. This is due to the lack of complex carbohydrates in the Cabbage Soup Diet.

Diet Duration – The Cabbage Soup Diet lasts for 7 days. You can repeat it, but make sure to wait at least 2 weeks before you do repeat it.

Time Commitment – No additional time commitment at all.

Strict/Flexible – Very strict, but you WILL lose alot of weight.
