<p>When you are trying to lose weight it is a good idea if you have one big goal that you want to reach, but then you want to break that big goal down into several smaller goals so that it is more achievable. <p>People who make the statement that they&#8217;ve tried everything to lose weight but nothing has worked have inevitably been doing the wrong things!</p>
