Meals - You are encouraged to eat what you want with portionpals. The idea is to limit the amount you are eating by using the portionpal to determine a correct serving size.
Exercise - No mention of exercise with portionpals, although as with any weight loss program you will have better results by exercising.
Diet Duration - You should stick with portionpals for as long as you want to lose and maintain your weight loss. It is meant to change the way you eat forever.
Time Commitment - No additional time commitment is required with portionpals. You will prepare food the same way you always have, just in smaller amounts.

It’s important to us that you’re completely satisfied with your portionpals merchandise, so we accept returns for up to 30 days after receipt of your purchase. Return items must be sent back in their original packaging.
To send an item back to us, please enclose your package with all 5 discs which arrived with your package. You may use any shipper you like, but we recommend purchasing tracking and insurance, as portionpals cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.
Once we receive your return package, please allow 7-10 days for processing. We will send you an email notification when your refund has been processed. Your refund will be issued according to the payment method you selected for the original order. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
