<p>Heart foundation diet is a three day diet program which is meant to lose as much as 10 pounds after three days. During the first day, the breakfast meal is composed of black coffee or tea, &#8221; grapefruit, one slice of dry toast, and 2 teaspoons of peanut butter. At lunch, the foods are black coffee or tea, 4 ounces of tuna, and one slice of dry toast. At dinner, the recommended foods are two slices of any cold meat, one cup of string beans, 4 ounces of beets, one small apple, 4 ounces of vanilla ice cream, and water.</p>
<p>During day two, the breakfast consists of foods which include black tea or coffee, 1 boiled or poached egg, a slice of dry toast, and half banana. During lunch, the meal consists of 4 ounces of cottage cheese and five crackers. At dinner, the foods include 3 ounces of broccoli, 2 ounces of carrots, &#8221; banana, 2 hotdogs, and 4 ounces of vanilla ice cream.</p>
<p>At day three, breakfast meal is composed of black tea or coffee, 5 crackers, a slice of cheddar cheese, and 1 apple. At lunch, the meal plan includes 1 hardboiled egg and a slice of dry toast. During dinner, the foods include 4 ounces of tuna, 4 ounces of beets, 4 ounces of cauliflower, &#8221; melon, and 4 ounces of vanilla ice cream.</p>
<p>Based on experts scrutiny, this diet plan has two good benefits on dieters. The first one is that it can lose 10 pounds after three days. The second one is that the short span of time it takes to lose weight can inspire dieters to keep on dieting. But, this benefit can also make the opposite since dieters can quickly regain what they have quickly lost.</p>
<p>Several criticisms are addresses to this diet program, however, this is still the best program for people who have to lose weight quickly. This can slim them down and learn to choose the foods to eat in order to be rightly fit.</p>
