			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p class="dropcap-first">With warm weather on the way many of us love to bring out the grill.  Grilling is a great way to prepare foods that are delicious and low in both fat and calories.  Flank steak is a type of beef that has a wonderful flavor and very low fat content.  It is great for marinating and grilling and makes a good addition to any <a href="http://www.dietplan123.com/secret-weight-loss-tips/">weight loss</a> diet plan.  Make sure when slicing <a href="http://www.dietplan123.com/springtime-flank-steak/">flank steak</a> to cut across the grain for maximum tenderness.</p>
<p>Ingredients (Serves 6):</p>
<p>1 ½ lb. lean beef flank steak<br />
¾ C. dry red wine<br />
1 ½ teaspoons lemon pepper<br />
½ teaspoon minced garlic<br />
Cooking spray</p>
<p>Directions:</p>
<ol>
<li>Combine wine, garlic, and lemon pepper.</li>
<li>Pour over steak, cover and marinate in refrigerator over night.</li>
<li>Heat grill to medium high heat.</li>
<li>Coat grill rack with cooking spray and place steak on rack.</li>
<li>Grill over medium high heat for 6 minutes on each side.</li>
<li>Slice steak into small strips (across grain) to serve.</li>

<h4>Ingredients:</h4>
<ul type="disc">
<li class="MsoNormal">2 lbs. boneless, skinless      chicken tenders</li>
<li class="MsoNormal">1 egg</li>
<li class="MsoNormal">3/4 cup bottled fat-free      creamy Italian salad dressing</li>
<li class="MsoNormal">1/2 teaspoon dried Italian      seasoning, crushed</li>
<li class="MsoNormal">2 cups crushed reduced-fat      butter crackers</li>
<li class="MsoNormal">1/4 cup grated Parmesan      cheese</li>
<li class="MsoNormal">1/2 teaspoon dried Italian      seasoning, crushed</li>
<li class="MsoNormal">1/2 teaspoon garlic salt</li>
<li class="MsoNormal">1 teaspoon parsley flakes</li>
<li class="MsoNormal">Sauce for dipping (honey      mustard, low fat ranch dressing, BBQ sauce)</li>
