The Best Vegetarian Weight Loss Diet Plan

Hi, welcome to my post about this amazing vegetarian weight loss diet plan, though it can also be done by vegans and meat eaters.

During the last three years I put on so much weight, I was under a lot of stress and very depressed, so, to suppress my emotions I overeat like crazy. I wen from seventy Kilograms all the way up to one hundred and ten kg´s!

But now I´m ready to loose weight again!

Last week I had a consultation with a nutritionist that have been treating my family with amazing results. He told me that I have a very strong addiction to flour and in a lesser degree to sugar and gave me a weight loss diet plan.

Guidelines for Weight Loss Diet Plan:

  • No sugar
  • Not flour or wheat
  • Eat as much fruits(including bananas) as you like
  • Eat as much vegetables(including potatoes and pumpkin as you like
  • For lunch and dinner eat some sort of protein(lentils, chick peas, green beans, beans, tofu, soy burger) together with the vegetables.

Sample for a Weight Loss Diet Plan Day

  • Fruit and coffee or tea for breakfast
  • A big fruit salad for mid morning
  • Vegetable curry(with no oil) and chick peas for lunch
  • Fruits and tea for the afternoon
  • Steamed veggies with brown rice for dinner

As you can see this is also a vegan weight loss diet plan , but if you eat animals you can also follow this diet by eating fish or chicken for lunch and dinner.

The thing that I like the most about this diet is that there is no need for calorie counting, you can eat as much as you like, though you have to watch out for the amounts of proteins if you want to loose weight faster.

Of course, usually the first day are the most difficult to o through but as you et used to this diet it gets easier and easier. The nutritionist also recommend me to do some kind of sports or exercise, so I bought a very nice beach bike for one hundred and forty American dollars and I use it on a daily basis to help me burn my overweight quicker.
