Diet Plan 1-2-3: Weight loss systems to burn the fat and look great!

What Exercises Help To Lose Weight Fastest?

If you are leading a sedentary lifestyle, then honestly, any type of exercise is better than no exercise and it will help you to lose weight initially.  But, if you are aiming to lose weight quick, then you’ll need to be a bit more selective with what types of exercises you are going to do, since not all workouts and exercises are created equally.  Here are some of the exercises that will help you lose weight fastest:

Push ups - Throughout the various exercises I explain to you, you’ll see me mention resistance training.  This helps to build muscles, which in turn, helps you to burn fat.  Pushups are a great natural body-weight resistance exercise.  You’ll be able to work on your chest muscles, as well as your arm muscles, by repeatedly pushing up your body weight against gravity.

Sit ups or Crunches – Another exercise that utilizes some of your body weight in order to provide resistance is sit ups or crunches.  They help to create some fat burning in your midsection.  You really can’t laser target fat loss, so don’t just do crunches all day.  Instead, use them as part of an overall workout routine.

Climbing Stairs – Climbing stairs is a great way to work out your lower body muscles, as well as get in some effective cardio.  The problem with running on a treadmill, running outside, or using an elliptical machine, is that your body quickly gets used to that exercise and becomes more efficient at doing that exercise.  This is awesome if you’re training to run in the Olympics, but not if you’re trying to burn fat.  The more efficient your body is, the less fuel (fat) it needs to burn in order to go the same distance.  Stairs create a natural interval training exercise.  You’ll be going harder and faster upstairs than you are downstairs (mainly just for safety reasons).  This keeps your body guessing, which keeps your body burning fat.

While these exercises aren’t a be-all end all for losing weight, they are definitely a great start, and have maybe enlightened you to some other similar exercises that can be done to maximize your fat burn and weight loss.
