You need a carrot juicer to juice carrots

Did you know?  Carrots are a root vegetable which are very good for you.  Not only do they contain beta-carotene, they also contain vitamin A and vitamin C and many other minerals.  If you want to get the goodness out of carrot, for sure feel free to munch your way through a whole heap of carrots, but keep in mind that if you eat them cooked you will need a mega pile of the things because vitamin C and other goodness of the vegetable is destroyed in the cooking of the carrot.  A good way to make sure that you get all the goodness of your carrots is to juice them.  It’s not hard to juice carrots, but you will need a juicer that can handle them.  For instance, you probably won’t want to use a hand juicer for wheatgrass or lemons to juice carrots!  It simply won’t work, I’m afraid!  No the best way to get the health-giving juice out of a carrot is to put it through a centrifugal juicer or a masticating juicer.  You can even get a juice that is especially for this purpose, thus making it a carrot juicer.  The carrot juicers of this world may come in many shapes and sizes but the best carrot juicer is arguably the masticating juicer.  This is the juicer that you have been waiting for in terms of the healthiest and freshest juice, the slow action of the auger or augers will ensure that you do not get your juice heated in any way and thus the enzymes will stay intact, the juice will be at its most “raw”.  Raw carrot juice will contain not only the said vitamins and minerals but will also include as much of the living enzymes in the fruit as possible.  So for the benefits of the carrot family of vegetables, you need a carrot juicer!
